Together, the public may use the free PathMap Alchemy app to create and submit datasets for inclusion in the PHOSITA.tech socially-powered open-data graph project to graph nutritional and pathological mechanisms and interactioms.

The app is built with use with free models and small open-weight models as a priority in mind. The software uses publicly owned literature feom PubMed to establish immutable prior art discoveries connecting natural foods, dietary botanicals, and plant-derived extracellular vesicles (PDEVs) directly to clinical pathologies.

By proving that these natural nanomedicines and repurposed metabolites are "plain and obvious" via use of AI (e.g., open pre-trained models we will later make) the open datasets may block the financial bloat in future medicines by preventing pharmaceutical patent thickets and ensure affordable, life-saving therapies remain in the public domain - the owners of the sourced data - rather than have publicly funded research and discovery be paywalled, preventing its beneficial use for humanity.
